Heated Tank

This Heated Tank prepares and sustains your biofuel by transferring excess heat from the radiator system to a stainless steel heat exchanger inside. Specifically engineered to serve long term biofuel or diesel use, to meet rigorous federal safety standards, and for 100% recyclability at the end of it's life!

A Diesel Conversion Kit for a car includes a 12 gallon tank, and the Truck and Bus Kit include 18 gallon tanks. Dimensions are in the specs section below. It helps to make a cardboard cutout the size of the tank and to make sure it fits where you want it to.

Installation Sensibility

Mount this in a truck bed or trunk with the included secure straps, mount your Heated Filter on the built in bracket, and enjoy flexibility while plumbing the tank with rotatable heat exchanger hookups. Meanwhile, the imbedded fuel lever sender provides real time information to the included gauge so that you know without guessing when to fill up next. The fuel sender and heat exchanger can be removed for servicing or inspection and tightened back down completely using the built in gasket seal.

Intelligent Design

This heavy duty Heated Tank is built from specially engineered HDPE (high density polyethylene) for heated biofuels applications, and with it's thick ribbed walls and uniform roto-molded construction which includes no seams at all, this tank is built to go the distance – hence a limited lifetime warranty! Internal baffling make sure the fuel does not slosh around much, and a sunken fuel sump and self regulating air vent better ensure against fuel interruption, even in rough terrain. A fuel line return port is included as optional (looped return also detailed), and the ratcheted fuel cap stays on tight, while being tethered to the tank so even during fill-up there is no chance of it disappearing on you.
